Terms and Conditions

Project Work Order: Prices and project details are as stated on the estimate or proposal along with all submitted and proposed specifications. Any unforeseen code violations or related issues may incur additional cost listed as a change order and applied to the estimate or proposal. Dalpe Electric LLC is not responsible for cost or delays incurred as a result of strikes, missed shipments, ordering issues or situations which are abnormal.

Materials and labor: Materials and labor provided by Dalpe Electric LLC is guaranteed; one year for materials to coincide with manufactures warranty and limited lifetime guarantee on labor. Work performed will be in accordance with Current NEC (National Electrical Code) and any drawings or specifications submitted. All work shall be performed timely and in a neat and workmanship manner.

Terms of payment: Terms are as stated on the estimate or proposal. Failure to pay as agreed upon will constitute a breach of contract. Should a breach of contract occur, Dalpe Electric LLC may suspend work without liability to claims for damage. Dalpe Electric LLC reserves all legal remedies for monies due including recovery of legal fees and associated costs.

Estimate proposal remains valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Limited lifetime guarantee: should there be an electrical installation failure and it is attributed to the way and means the system was installed and or designed by Dalpe Electric LLC, then the labor to correct the issue will be free.
